Are you “Cost Effective”?

Absolutely so and here's why:

  1. We purchase at really competitive rates and pass on the benefits to our clients in terms of really good prices for quality foods of the highest specification.
  2. As an owner managed business we run a tight ship and we offer our clients a personal service for a very competitive management fee.
  3. We are totally customer focused and as a result we drive up sales, which in turn means lower costs/subsidy to our clients.

Can I (and my Colleagues) visit any of your operations to see your service levels?

It will be our pleasure to show you any of our sites. And if you wish we will arrange for you to have a private chat with our Client to hear at first hand if we deliver our promises.

How long does it take to get a quote from you?

A matter of days really once we have ascertained some key details from you. There is no obligation from you to take your inquiry any further as we do not use “hard sell” tactics.

Definitely no hard sell tactics?

What added value services can you offer me?

We support our clients in a number of ways and these include:

  1. Organising special events on site.
  2. Design, planning and installation of kitchens and restaurant seating areas.
  3. Vending solutions – advice, procurement and management of vending services.
  4. IT solutions – advice in designing the right IT solution for your services which include Intranets, Electronic Point of Sale systems, Cashless Systems.
  5. Independent Health, Safety & Environmental audits for total peace of mind.

What is the minimum contract term?

Our minimum for a staff restaurant operation is one year. Project and consultancy work is for the pre-agreed time period and Hospitality work is by nature usually for the term of the event(s).

Do I need to be a “Legal Eagle” to understand your contact terms and conditions?

Our contract is written in a clear and concise format, which is easy to understand and get agreement on.
